Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at imglue.com! G.L.U.E. ships all of our orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

All orders are processed within 2 days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you are happy with your G.L.U.E. Apparel, however if you are not completely satisfied you may return it to us for a store credit  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Cancellations 

​

No cancellations will be accepted on custom orders that have been completed.  Your payment is confirmation of approving the invoice. 

Checkout

PLEASE REVIEW your address and contact information at checkout!  We can not guarantee that your error will be addressed immediately.  Any reshipping cost will be your responsibility. 

Damages 

​

If you find any damage to any items received, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please email a picture of the damaged item to designs@imglue.com.   Claims must be made within 3 CALENDAR days following the date of delivery.  NO resolution will be offered for any issues that you contact us about outside of that period.  PLEASE check your items upon receipt.  

Delivery

Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and delivery issues) MUST be handled through the US Postal Service.  If you have had issues with the postal service we strongly encourage you to add insurance on your shipments.

If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, you will need to contact us via email (designs@imglue.com) IMMEDIATELY after your order is placed, prior to a tracking number printed for your order.  Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added. 

Shipping â€‹

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.  Please check your junk/spam if you have not received your tracking number.  Once you have received your tracking number, please contact your local post office if your package is delayed.  If your shipment is showing DELIVERED, with your tracking number you will need to contact the Post Office.  Post Office - 800-275-8777 / www.usps.com 

Shipping cost will vary based on weight and location of delivery.​
